Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Real Print Services ("Real Print", "we", "us") and any client, customer or visitor ("you", "Client") who requests a quote, places an order or engages our printing, signage, vehicle wrap, uniform or design services (the "Services"). By submitting a quote request, accepting an estimate, paying a deposit or otherwise engaging our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site, requesting a quote or contracting our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Services Provided

Real Print provides custom production services: vehicle wraps (full, partial, lettering, color change, PPF), custom uniforms, signs and banners, printed materials, and logo/graphic/website design.

3. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing may change if specifications, materials, quantities or scope are modified.

4. Payment Terms

Most custom production projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit before production begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery, pickup or installation. Title to all produced goods remains with Real Print until full payment has cleared.

5. Production & Delivery Timelines

Estimated timelines start after deposit is received and artwork is approved in writing. Real Print is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, weather, force majeure or delayed Client approvals.

6. Artwork Approval & Mockups

Production begins only after written approval of the mockup. The Client is solely responsible for verifying spelling, grammar, colors, dimensions and layout. Reprints required due to Client errors will be billed at full price.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate information and files, ensure artwork does not infringe third-party IP, and present vehicles clean and ready for wraps.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations before production may receive a partial refund minus fees incurred. Once production has begun, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Defect claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery with photos.

9. Late Payment & Collections

Past-due balances may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law). Real Print may engage collection agencies, attorneys or courts to recover past-due debt.

10. Intellectual Property & Marketing

All designs, mockups and files created by Real Print remain its IP until full payment is received. Real Print reserves the right to photograph and display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client notifies Real Print in writing before delivery.

11. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Real Print's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific Service. Real Print shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify Real Print from any claims arising out of Client-provided artwork, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in Massachusetts state or federal courts.

14. Changes to Terms

Real Print may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

15. SMS Communications (A2P 10DLC Program Disclosure)

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website forms, you consent to receive SMS messages from Real Print.

Program description: transactional and promotional SMS, including: quote notifications, order updates and production status, design approval reminders, customer support messages, and occasional promotional offers.

Message frequency may vary.

Carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
