SMS Terms & Consent

This page describes the Real Print SMS messaging program, how users opt in, what they will receive, and how to opt out. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any Real Print website form, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program Name & Description

Program name: Real Print Customer Notifications.

Description: Real Print sends transactional and occasional promotional SMS messages related to your inquiries and orders, including:

  • Quote notifications and follow-ups
  • Order updates and production status
  • Design / artwork approval reminders
  • Customer support replies
  • Occasional promotional offers from Real Print

2. How to Opt In

Users opt in by submitting one of the quote request forms at realprintusa.com (homepage, Uniforms, Commercial Vehicle Wraps, Signs, Banners, or the dedicated SMS Consent form) and checking the SMS consent box, which is not pre-checked and reads:

> "I agree to receive SMS messages from Real Print. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

Submitting the form without checking this box does not enroll the user in SMS communications.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on order and inquiry activity. Most users receive between 1 and 6 messages per month.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to every message sent or received. Real Print does not charge for SMS messages.

5. Opt-Out (STOP)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Real Print. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent unless you opt in again.

6. Help (HELP)

7. Supported Carriers

Major U.S. carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy — Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services (such as messaging infrastructure providers and customer support tools) is permitted solely to operate the messaging program. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
