1. General Terms and Conditions
All transactions between Real Print and its clients are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
By placing an order, the client agrees to the following:
2. Payment Terms, Legal Fees & Disputes
- A minimum of 50% deposit (or full material cost, whichever is greater) is required to initiate the order.
- The remaining balance is due before the job leaves our facility or upon vehicle pick-up.
- Payment is due upon invoice receipt unless credit terms have been extended in writing.
- Invoices unpaid after 30 days are considered past due. After 60 days, accounts may be turned over to collections and will incur 1.5% monthly interest.
- Clients agree to cover all collection-related expenses, including court costs and attorney’s fees (minimum 18% of the unpaid balance).
- Disputes must be submitted in writing within 10 days of invoice date. If no dispute is received, the invoice is considered accepted.
- Real Print reserves the right to remove installed graphics or retain produced items in case of non-payment.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders canceled after deposit will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20%, plus the cost of any completed work, materials, and unbilled labor.
- All projects are custom and non-refundable. In case of dispute, Real Print must be given the opportunity to fix, reprint, or reinstall before any chargebacks or legal action.
- Store credit may be issued if deemed appropriate. No monetary refunds.
4. Estimates & Taxes
- Estimates are valid for 15 days and based on current material costs.
- Quotes exclude TAX, shipping and packaging unless stated.
- Orders are subject to applicable taxes unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.
- Jobs under $250 must be prepaid in full.
5. Design & Artwork
- Client-provided artwork must be print-ready. Real Print is not responsible for layout or design errors in client-submitted files.
- If the client submits their own design, Real Print reserves the right to adjust it to fit our production process, which may include creating a new mockup and converting colors to CMYK if needed. From this point forward, Real Print’s mockup becomes the official approval document, and the client must carefully review and approve it.
- Excess changes are billed at $20 per change.
- Personal design services are billed at $85/hour.
- PMS matching is not guaranteed. A variation of 3–5% is acceptable.
- Color matching is billed at $75/hour. Reprints may vary slightly in shade and are designed to be viewed from a distance of 6 feet. Reprints will not be issued due to minor color variation.
- Clients must thoroughly review and approve all mockups. Real Print is not responsible for any errors or omissions after client approval.
- Alterations may be made during installation to adjust for vehicle curves and contours. Client authorizes Real Print to make such necessary changes.
- Design limitations are to be expected due to the nature of applying 2D printed graphics to 3D vehicle surfaces
6. Vehicle Preparation & Installation
- Vehicles must be delivered clean, damage-free, and dry. A $75 cleaning fee applies if not. Installations are done in our facility unless otherwise arranged. On-site installs require controlled, dust-free environments. Inappropriate conditions void warranty.
- Vehicles with poor paint, rust, or aftermarket bodywork may experience adhesion issues. Real Print is not liable for damages caused by underlying conditions.
- If the vehicle contains factory decals, badges, or emblems that are removable, they will be removed by default during the installation process and will not be reinstalled, as this is a commercial wrap.
- For color change wraps, which are a more detailed service, factory emblems and badges will be reinstalled after wrapping unless otherwise specified.
7. Wrap Appearance & Limitations
- Wraps are not paint. Seams, patches, and relief cuts are necessary in certain areas.
- Slight banding, color shift between panels, and vinyl lifting in tight areas are acceptable industry standards.
- Wraps are designed for viewing from 6 feet away. Final appearance may differ slightly from proofs due to vehicle shape and installation variables.
8. Warranty
- Real Print offers a 1-year installation warranty and a 1-year material warranty for vertical surfaces.
- No warranty for horizontal surfaces (hoods, roofs, decks) or customer-provided materials.
- Warranty is void if wrap is tampered with, improperly cleaned, or installed in non-approved environments.
- Important Notice: Vinyl may not adhere properly to corrugated surfaces, dusty panels, or areas with poor paint conditions. If any issues are identified upon vehicle inspection, the client will be notified before installation.
9. Removals
- Wrap removals are billed hourly $75/h. Removal may cause paint damage if vinyl has aged, cracked, or was applied over poor paint.
- Real Print is not responsible for paint issues during removal, especially on repainted or rusted surfaces
10. Use of Work in Marketing
- Real Print reserves the right to photograph, reference, and display completed work for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.
11. Entire Agreement
- This agreement supersedes all previous discussions and proposals. Modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
- Client confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
